The Directors

 

Dennis Pasin 

I have a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting,I am a Chartered  Accountant (CA).

I have extensive experience in public practice and commercial accounting. 

I have experience in taxation, business development, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and business planning. I work on a wide range of business clients, rural clients and other specialist accounting assignments.

    

 

Morris Massarotto

Morris has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He has extensive experience in dealing with small business with his main area of expertise being taxation and structuring of clients financial affairs.

Complimenting Morris’ small business background is his financial planning qualifications.  Morris has been an authorised representative of a licensed dealer in securities since 1994.  These two disciplines of accounting and financial planning make Morris ideally positioned to understand and advise clients on all their financial and taxation needs.

Therese Favero

Born and raised in Griffith, I joined Higgins Plos Consulting Pty Limited in 1981. I studied my Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) through Charles Sturt University via distance education graduating in 1997.

Over the years I have gained experience in all aspects of taxation and superannuation matters and enjoy the challenges of work.

 

John Farronato

I started work with HPC in January 1999 after completing my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Adelaide. I have been with the firm ever since and mainly do work in audit and taxation.

I became a chartered accountant in 2004 and have completed post-graduate studies in taxation with the University of NSW graduating with a Diploma in Advanced Taxation.

 

Adino Battocchio

I commenced my accounting career with a Griffith public accountant in 1960.  I gained my accountancy qualification by correspondence and was admitted as a qualified Accountant in 1972 and as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) in 1984.  I am also a Registered Tax Agent and Justice of the Peace.

I commenced my employment with Higgins Plos Consulting in 1984 as a Senior Accountant. I have 46 years experience in all aspects of accounting and taxation of business, farming and individuals.

 

Clem Shrives

I have lived in Griffith all my life, completing my school certificate at Griffith High School in 1967.  On the 22nd April 1968, I joined the team as a Junior Clerk with James F J Auswild & Co as the practice was known then (now Higgins Plos Consulting).

During my 40 years with Higgins Plos Consulting I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of accounting and taxation.

       

 

Angus Cave

I completed my Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Australian National University in late 2002 and started work at Higgins Plos shortly after.  I have completed the study portion of my CPA and just have to lodge some paperwork in order to become fully qualified.  During my 4 years at Higgins Plos I have gained expertise in all areas of accounting and taxation.

 

Adam Hukins

I have been working at Higgins Plos for 8 years since completing my HSC in 2001.  In June 2008, I completed my university degree receiving a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting.  I will soon continue my studies with a goal of obtaining of CPA or CA status in the near future.

 

 

 

Emily Bray

I have been working at Higgins Plos Consulting for 30 years in various capacities.  I am the Office Manager and my present duties include the office administration and responsibility for Clients Company Statutory Requirements.

I completed a Certificate in Business Administration at TAFE and am also a Justice of the Peace.

I have been blessed to be able to work with such a wonderful and experienced team. 

 

Daniella Joeky

After completing Certificate III in Business (Office Administration) at Tafe in 2000, I joined Higgins Plos Consulting in January 2001 as Junior Office Assistant.  My current role is Superannuation Administrator which involves all aspects of Superannuation Compliance and also the administration of Company Statutory requirements.

 

Ann Rossetto

I joined the team at Higgins Plos Consulting in November 2002 as the Receptionist (better known as the “Director of First Impressions”). In addition to my receptionist role, I am responsible for attending to the daily needs of our clients, and co-ordinating our client seminars. I find my work rewarding and I immensely enjoy working with a wonderful and professional team.

  Chantelle Salvestrin

I joined the team at HPC in July 2004 as Clerical Assistant and Debtors Clerk.  I have been working in Accounting Practices for over 10 years.

I really enjoy working  in such a happy environment with the great people that I do.

 

Carolyn May

I am a Senior Secretary with an Advanced Secretarial Diploma from the Metropolitan Business College, Canberra (Dux) with over 38 years experience in local private, government and a multi national Ernst & Young, Canberra.  Interests in music, treasurer Griffith Music Club and serving on the Board of Griffith Pioneers Lodge Inc.

 

Cheryl Smith

Having worked in the accounting field since leaving school, I commenced working at HPC in 1998 as an accounting assistant.

I enjoy working with clients and the wonderful staff at HPC.

 

Amy Fattore

I joined the team at Higgins Plos Consulting in April 2006 in an accounting role. At the beginning of 2007 I commenced study of a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) by correspondence to extend my knowledge of accounting practices while gaining valuable on the job experience.

    Julie Hill

Coming from 30 years in retail background, my position as Clerical Assistant is a rewarding challenge.

Working with the team at Higgins Plos Consulting is a pleasure.

       
   

Fiona Finigan

After completing a Bachelor of Business in 2001, I have worked in corporate accounting roles specialising in Management Accounting.  I recently joined HPC to gain further knowledge in tax accounting and develop my skills in strategic management/consulting.

I am currently completing a Masters Degree in Accountancy and in 1992, I completed a diploma from Orange Agricultural College to compliment my interest in farming and agriculture.

In my spare time I continue to develop my business venture of exporting horses to the Middle East for racing.

   

Brooke O'Sullivan

I commenced working with the team at HPC in June 2008 as Office Junior, undertaking training in various facets of office administration.

  Carly Page

I commenced working with the team at HPC in January 2008 as Clerical Assistant.

I have gained valuable knowledge in areas of accounting and taxation and I enjoy working with the wonderful team at HPC.

 

  Katrina Sergi

I joined the team at Higgins Plos Consulting in November 2008 in an accounting role. I commenced study of a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) through Charles Sturt University in 2009 by correspondence.

During my time at Higgins Plos Consulting, I have gained valuable knowledge in areas of accounting, taxation and superannuation.

My spare time is devoted to piano teaching, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

       
       Tony Cappello

I joined the team at Higgins Plos Consulting in 1973.

I currently provide adminsitration services to select clients.
       
      Steven Castelletto 

I joined the team as a Junior Clerical Assistant in 2009 upon completing my HSC and Certificate III in Information Technology with a keen interest in the accounting field.

I look forward to learning many new skills and working with the wonderful team at HPC.

Martin Smith

I joined the team at HPC Wealth Advisers in 2002 after spending approximately 11 years as a financial planner in the State Bank and the Commonwealth Bank servicing the Riverina Area. 

I completed the Diploma of Financial Planning through Dekin University in the year 2000 and was accepted as a Certified Financial Planner in the same year.

I have a farming background and understand the needs of rural clients and their families.

  Rebecca Codemo

I commenced work at HPC Wealth Advisers in July 2003.In 2006 I completed an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning)
 
I have 6 years experience in the financial planning industry.  Prior to joining HPC I worked for Colonial and the Commonwealth Bank.

In my role as Para-Planner I provide professional and operational support to our Financial Planner.

 

Carmela Naseby

I have recently joined the dynamic team at HPC Wealth Advisers on a part-time basis working as an administrative assistant.
 
Previously to joining the team I have been in banking for over 18 years, with experience in lending and financial planning.

 

 

Leanne Crack

I joined the team at HPC Wealth Advisers in January 2009 having had office administartion experience over the past 20 years.
